I joined the Gut Bootcamp as I have been suffering from food allergies and digestive issues for decades. When my friend told me about this program I signed up immediately.

  • I have loved the simplicity of the program such as the recipes and really liked the fact that recipes were sent a day ahead. It gave me time to prep.
  • I also liked that there were so many recipes on the site that I had options other than the ones proposed in the Daily Email.
  • The initial email was awesome as it had all the important information and was easy to follow.
  • Since my diagnosis of food allergies, I have found cooking difficult as its hard to figure out what to eat. The Gut bootcamp made it so easy for me to find delicious recipes that excluded my food triggers.
  • Most importantly I was surprised that I did not feel deprived as there was a good amount of food in the program and most of it very filling.
  • I did not miss any food or even salad dressings! I have realized I don’t need to buy bottled dressings or packaged food. It tastes so much better when cooked fresh!

Everyone should do this Bootcamp!

I have lost approximately 7 pounds over the two weeks. I’m now at my optimum weight!! My energy levels have increased. I used to have that mid-day lull, I now have more clarity and focus for the most part of the day. Many people have noticed and commented that my skin is looking amazing of which I have noticed too.

I turned 40 last year and I felt the need to change my lifestyle. I’ve been wanting to do this for many years, however, I didn’t have a trustworthy or reliable source of information to do this.

Then I found this Bootcamp and it’s been fundamentally life changing! It’s very straightforward and easy to follow yet a fun way of starting your journey.

It’s a really enjoyable way of making that leap to a Plant-Based Diet. I loved the fact that Dr. Kahn and Reena are there to guide and help whenever you need to reach out. Equally amazing to have the live calls and debunking all the latest research that’s in the media and the internet.

I’ve learned to food prep and be more organized in meal planning. I’m truly enjoying eating more fruits, vegetables, legumes, spices, and herbs in my diet. There were a number of ingredients that I’d never tried before but these have become my staples in my kitchen. It has, therefore, become a lot easier to maintain the heart health meal plan. It has given me more confidence in buying an array of ingredients and making nutritious meals.

I would highly recommend this to others especially if they are looking to start a plant-based diet and have any illness or disease. It’s also a win-win situation if you are healthy. Every single person should try this, it’s what the human body was designed to eat. The price is very reasonable and value for money. The plethora of information and knowledge that is shared to boot campers is priceless!

This program is great!

I really found program great, with so much knowledgeable input and valuable information. I love enthusiasm, understanding and willingness to help from both Dr Connealy and Reena on Live call sessions. Program is well put together without being overwhelming but with useful daily guidance and suggestions so it’s much easier to organize your day with morning meditations,plans for meals and exercise for each day. A must for anyone touched by cancer

The reason I joined the Beat Cancer Bootcamp is twofold. First, I’m a 20-year ovarian cancer survivor and I’m always looking for ways to improve my health, while learning up-to-date prevention strategies. I am also a certified health coach, specializing in cancer recovery and prevention, so I was happy to find a program that could also benefit my clients.

The bootcamp was amazing! I loved getting the daily emails with a suggested menu plan, workout and meditation, so I could easily plan out my day. I especially loved the live calls with Dr. Connealy and Reena, where I was able to get my specific questions answered, as well as learn from the other participant’s questions. Dr. Connealy and Reena’s passion for getting the message of hope and healing out to the masses is truly inspiring!

Although I’ve been eating many of the foods Dr. Connealy recommends, I was finding myself eating the same foods each day. Now I have a library of delicious, healthy recipes from which to choose, which are aligned with keeping me cancer-free!

The price is so reasonable for everything you get in this program, and I highly recommend it to anyone who has been touched by cancer or just wants to prevent it!

Healthier and Lighter

The Heart Health Boot Camp was just what I needed to jumpstart a new attitude about my health! Although I thought I had a very healthy diet before the Boot Camp, I was amazed at how many vegetables I started eating on the Boot Camp meal regimen. The meal plan was helpful, and a great guide for eliminating trigger foods like sugar, meat, animal products, and caffeine. In the first few days, I felt healthier and lighter than I had felt in months! After the first week, I dropped several pounds, and continued to lose weight throughout the rest of the Boot Camp.

In addition to learning how to plan and prepare meals that help maintain good heart health, I learned the habit of daily morning meditation. In short, it was helpful to have the guidance of the Heart Health team to lead me toward a healthier heart.
