I’ve learned to food prep and be more organized in meal planning. I’m truly enjoying eating more fruits, vegetables, legumes, spices, and herbs in my diet. There were a number of ingredients that I’d never tried before but these have become my staples in my kitchen. It has, therefore, become a lot easier to maintain the heart health meal plan. It has given me more confidence in buying an array of ingredients and making nutritious meals.
