– Too many animal product consumptions can raise a hormone called IGF1, which can cause cancer and promote aging. This can also damage the gut. Paleo and Ketogenic diets are high protein diets.

– Eating frequently amounts to a shorter lifespan. Eat when you’re hungry, and eat right.
