I love chocolate and I looove the text of cream! This pudding satisfies both those cravings while adding a touch of health!
How? with avocado, one of the healthiest fruits rich in monounsaturated fat along with fiber, potassium, folate, fiber, and so much more. The best part is how easy it is to make, just toss everything together and blend!
2 ripe avocados
1 ripe frozen banana (peel and freeze the night before)
3 Tbsp pure hazelnut butter
1/3 cup melted vegan dark chocolate
Dairy-free milk as needed to blend well
For Garnish: cacao nibs, nuts of choice (I like crushed walnuts with mine!)
Blend all ingredients except garnish in a high-speed blender, and purée until smooth. Chill until ready to serve, garnish with nuts and cacao nibs and enjoy!
