Golden Milk

  • 1 large cup almond milk (ideally home-made)
  • a small stick of cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon organic turmeric or fresh turmeric root
  • 1/2 teaspoon ghee or coconut oil or MCT oil
  • 4 to 5 strands of saffron
  • Stevia or honey to taste
  • Optional
    • Cardamom powder to taste
    • Cloves


  1. Boil all the ingredients together for 2 to 3 minutes
  2. Strain, serve and sip away your inflammation!
