Chickpea Omelette

  • 1 cup chickpea flour
  • ¾-1 cup favorite plant milk
  • 2-3 TBS nutritional yeast
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp tumeric
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cut up veggies of your choice. Use up what is left in your veggie drawer.


  1. Mix the batter
  2. Put the desired veggies in a prepared pan. Cook for a few minutes
  3. Pour the batter on top and cover. Cook for a few minutes
  4. Flip the omelet
  5. You can sprinkle with shredded Daiya cheese or other plant based cheese.
